How do YourGoodSkin™ auto-shipments work?

Once you’ve ordered the YourGoodSkin™ system, you'll never need to worry about running out. Approximately every month, you'll automatically receive a fresh supply of full-size products—delivered right to your doorstep, at exclusive below-retail prices. There is no obligation, and you can cancel or adjust your shipping preferences at any time.


What is included with the YourGoodSkin™ exclusive TV offer?

Your order will include our Balancing Skin Concentrate, our SPF 30 Anti-Oxidant Day Cream with SPF 30, and our Pro Vitamin Overnight Cream. As part of this exclusive TV offer, you will also receive our Refreshing Face Wash and Soothing Lip Balm— these FREE gifts are our special welcome to you, as a new memer of the YourGoodSkin™ Premier Club.

Approximately 25 days later, we will automatically ship your fresh supply of Balancing Skin Concentrate, Antioxidant Day Cream and ProVitamin Overnight cream. You will be charged $39.95 per shipment, unless you call to make changes at least three days prior to your next shipment date—for easy reference, this is printed on the packing slip included in your order. If, for any reason, you're not 100% thrilled with your order, simply return the products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. You may cancel at any time by calling customer service at 866-664-6637.

 

Can I purchase individual YourGoodSkin™ products?

You must be enrolled in the YourGoodSkin™ Premier Club in order to receive member exclusive discounts and below-retail pricing. Once enrolled, you can always purchase additional YourGoodSkin™ products or customize your order. Call our Customer Service Team at 866-664-6637 to find out how!

 

How does billing work?

Approximately 25 days after your first order has shipped, we will automatically send you a new 28-day supply. After that, we’ll keep sending you a fresh 28-day supply approximately every 25 days.

You will be billed once your shipment is sent out for delivery.

You can cancel, customize or adjust your shipping intervals at any time by calling our friendly Customer Service Team at 866-664-6637.

 

How do I cancel my auto-shipments?

For CA residents: To cancel your service please send us an email at CustomerService@getyourgoodskin.com with the subject ‘Order Cancellation.’ Please include your name and order number so we can confirm your order and we will provide a cancellation confirmation once your order has been cancelled.

For all other residents: You can also cancel your order at any time by calling 1-866-664-6637

 

How can I try different YourGoodSkin™ products?

Your Core Kit includes our Balancing Skin Concentrate, our Antioxidant Day Cream with SPF 30, and our ProVitamin Overnight Cream.

It's easy to try additional YourGoodSkin™ products! Simply add them to your monthly shipment, or swap one of your Core Kit products for a different YourGoodSkin™ product. To add or swap products, call our friendly Customer Service Team at 866-664-6637. You must modify your order at least 3 days prior to the next shipment date—for reference, this is printed on the packing slip included in your order.

 

Can I pause my auto-shipments?

A: Yes! You may suspend their next shipment by up to 12 weeks. To pause your shipments, please call our friendly Customer Service Team at 866-664-6637.

 

How do I return a product I am not satisfied with?

All YourGoodSkin™ products are backed by a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not 100% thrilled with your order, simply return the products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

 

How soon will I receive my order? 

Please allow 7–10 business days from your order date for your products to be delivered.


For rush shipping, please allow 2 business days from your order date for your products to be delivered.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you did not provide an e-mail address, you can call our Customer Service Team at 866-664-6637 to help you track your order. 

 

I had an allergic reaction to a product!

We're sorry to hear that! Please stop using the product and contact us at 866-664-6637 immediately. Our friendly Customer Service Team will assist you with anything you need. 

 

Are these products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. All YourGoodSkin™ products are formulated to be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

 

Are YourGoodSkin™ products Oil-Free?

Many of our products are oil free. Check the package for any oil-free claims. 

 

Are YourGoodSkin™ products non-comodegenic?

Yes. All the products are formulated to be non pore blocking – ingredients and products have been carefully formulated to comply with set technical requirements, including review against published information and/or confirmatory testing.

 

Do YourGoodSkin™ products contain SPF?

Yes, our YourGoodSkin™ SPF 30 Anti-Oxidant Day Cream contains SPF 30 and provides broad spectrum SPF 30 protection.

 

Are YourGoodSkin™ products free of parabens, phthalates, and sulfates?

All YourGoodSkin™ products are formulated without parabens, phthalates and SLS/SLES.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) as well as credit card-affiliated gift cards.

 

Can I purchase YourGoodSkin™ as a gift for a friend or family member?

There's no better gift than the gift of YourGoodSkin™! We ask only that each household has a maximum of three active continuity orders at a time. 

 

What happens if a product I want is unavailable? 

We make every effort to ensure that YourGoodSkin™ products are always in stock. In the event that an item is out of stock when your order is due to ship, we'll let you know—and provide you with an update with approximate restock dates.

 

What if a product arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is important to us! Should your order be damaged in shipping, simply return the damaged products and we will send you a replacement—free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 866-664-6637.
